Hey,I'mMaddie.
Figure athlete, coach, and kinesiology student.
MyStory
Where it all started.

When I was 14, my parents had a home gym. I decided I wanted to try weight lifting for the first time. No clue what I was doing, but I knew I loved it the second I picked up the first dumbbell.

Surrounded by people who lived it.

I got a job at the front desk of a gym where I ended up working for three years. I met bodybuilders, trainers, coaches, people who ate, slept, and breathed this stuff. I watched everything, asked too many questions, and fell in love with the culture.

First show. First real chapter.

After I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding show at 17, I truly knew this industry was for me. I started documenting my process on a small fitness page I called maddieliftsweights and after some time I built a community of inspired individuals that I was truly proud of.

Learning why, not just how.

I enrolled in a Kinesiology degree at UBC because I wanted to better understand the science behind lifting. From muscle movement to nutrition and overall physiology. After many years of training first hand and now having a year of education under my belt, I decided I was ready to start coaching.

Now it's your turn.

Now I want to share everything that I've learned with those who are ready to take the next step in their fitness journey. If my training and education has taught me one thing, it's that not everyone has the opportunity to start lifting at 14 with a fully stacked home gym. But fitness isn't about having the perfect starting conditions. It's about being willing and motivated to take your health into your own hands and build the body and mindset that you once never thought possible. This is where I want to help. I hope to teach each and every one of my clients not just how to train, care for their nutrition, and understand their body, but to build knowledge that lasts. If you're ready to take the next step, work with me.
